Roxy arrived at Metro City Prison.
Detective Smith stood outside in some rubble. "Ah-choo!" He sneezed loudly as he wrote in his notebook.
"Whoa!" Roxy said. "Next time cover your nose when you sneeze, Detective. Or you'll blow another hole in the wall!"
Detective Smith wiped his nose with a handkerchief. "Ha-ha, Rocket Girl. I'm sneezing from the dust. I have to find out who made this big hole."
"How many villains broke out?" Roxy asked.
"None," Detective Smith said.
"What?" Roxy scratched her head. "You mean they're all still inside?"
Detective Smith frowned. "I mean, nobody broke out because something broke in."
"Huh?" Roxy said.
"We've got a witness. He'll explain." Detective Smith waved to a police officer. The officer pulled the Electric Elf leader from a police car. Then he brought the elf over.
"It was terrible!" the elf moaned. "One minute we were playing cards. The next minute we heard an explosion. And then something turned everybody into bronze statues!"
"Did you see who did it?" Roxy asked.
The elf shook his head. "I hid under a bunk. When I came out, everyone was gone."
"There are giant tracks," Detective Smith said, pointing. "But they suddenly stop. It's like the giant grew wings and flew away."
Roxy looked up and saw something in the sky—a small drone. She laughed. "Is that your flying giant, Detective?"
Before Detective Smith could answer, the drone flew down. It landed in front of Roxy.
"Hello, Rocket Girl!" a voice said. "My name is Hector Collector. I collect villains. And now I need the elf to complete my collection."
The elf gulped.
"No way! You're not taking him, Hector," Roxy said.
"Fine!" Hector laughed loudly. "I'll add someone else to my collection instead. My drones are waiting at City Hall to grab him!"
Roxy gasped. "Oh no! Mayor Bloom!"
Roxy flew fast to City Hall. She had to stop the drones from taking Mayor Bloom.
"Rocket Girl!" Mayor Bloom shouted. "Help!" Several small drones hovered above him. His hands and feet were tied.
A drone darted toward Roxy. Smash! She crushed it with her fist. But two more drones picked up the mayor. Then they carried him out the window!
Roxy suddenly heard Hector's voice. It was coming from the smashed drone.
"Bring me the Electric Elf, Rocket Girl," Hector said. "Come to Rocky Cave. Or you'll never see the mayor again!"
