Danny's Adventures, Danny's Tiny Adventure 49: Bello's Good-bye
Bello: Your dad will be back soon, Brad.
Brad: Yeah, any second, I suppose.
Danny: We have to hide Bello!
Bello: I’m not going to hide, Danny.
Tina: You mean you’re going to let my neighbor see you? She’ll call the police.
Bello: No, I mean it’s time for me to go back home.
Danny: You’re leaving?
Bello: And quickly. I can’t be caught here.
Tina: I’m going to miss you.
Chuck: We just met you!
Bello: It was a lot of fun to visit your world again. I didn’t like being small very much, but it was a great adventure.
Tina: Come on, you guys can say good-bye too.
Dave: How are you going to get back, Bello?
Bello: All it takes is a little magic and a little imagination.
Chuck: Bello, if you could go at any time, why didn’t you leave when you were in trouble?
Bello: Tina brought me here so that I could help. I couldn’t leave until everything was all right. Now, I think everything is better than it was before. Danny, do you have any nano-putty left?
Danny: I don’t know.
Tina: Here’s some.
Bello: Good. When Danny, Tina, and Brad first came to my world, they used magic clay. It looked a lot like this nano-putty.
Chuck: Magic clay?
Bello: Yes. When they used the clay and their imaginations, they were able to go on a magical journey.
Dave: I’d love to hear the story of your adventures.
Danny: I’m sure I can tell you one day. You see, first, we had to make a key from the magic clay—
Bello: Do you mean a key like this one?
Mrs. Rice: Ahh!
Bello: Good-bye, everyone. Take care.
The kids: Good-bye, Bello.
Mrs. Rice: There! You saw it too!
Mr. Joseph: Where did that flashlight go? It must be here somewhere.
Brad: We must have blown another fuse, Dad.
Mr. Joseph: I’m almost losing my patience, Brad.
Mrs. Rice: Where’s the . . . but there was a . . . I could have sworn I saw a . . .
Mr. Joseph: We must have imagined it. There’s no such thing as giants. It’s quite messy in here, Brad.
Brad: Sorry, Dad. We’ll clean it up. We were just playing.
